I have been thinking a lot lately about filters. Mainly our eyes and our views and how this filters which images we capture. How we see the world. How I see flowers.

I find the two above photos of flowers resonating.

Flowers for a Photographer

I always feel like I get the loveliest of commissions asked of me. These flowers were for world renown photographer Gilles Bensimon. They also happen to be one of my very favorite arrangements to date. I was deeply honored, and deeply inspired.
