QUEEN of the NIGHT / CEREUS FLOWER

found image by ? / Night Blooming Cereus

Are you familiar with the ceroid cacti that bloom at night? We have several in my neighborhood and I find them absolutely spellbinding. Some only bloom once a year, for one long anticipated night, while others are short lived. Can you imagine? What a gift!

NIGHT BLOOMING CACTUS MANDALA / Lauren Spencer King

Night Blooming Cactus Mandala, by Lauren Spencer King

Artist/friend/collaborator Lauren Spencer King drew some really special blooming cacti that she created exclusively for Dream Collective. They are gorgeous (I can't help think how lovely an entire wall would look if it were covered with these beautiful drawings). There might be a few left so grab one while you can. What a perfect gift for yourself or for a special someone else. Beautiful work...

... and a very special birthday wish for you today ... xo
